Bio: I am 23 years old and I have been a fitness fanatic as long as I can remember. I grew up dancing, playing soccer, doing gymnastics, and running. If I could spend my life working out I would, but realistically I know that isn't possible. Right now I work in an office, so I try to get at least 1 hour of working out in 5 times a week.
