My name is Sammy, and I am no fitness expert, but I love working out and trying to live a healthy life. I get a lot of inspiration from Pinterest and following fitness blogs/websites, but I wanted a place to put all of the information I find and share it with other people.
I started dancing when I was 3 and took all types of classes including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, modern, acro, clogging, musical theater, lyrical, and pointe. In college I taught dance for a while and also was a part of Western Michigan’s Dance Team. I don’t dance as much now, but I still like to incorporate it into my workouts. In high school I also played soccer, ran cross country, and did gymnastics – so my workouts include a very wide variety.
