Start the day: 11/26/14


I didn’t have time to workout before breakfast this morning, so I started out with a bowl of the oatmeal I made yesterday and a slice of cinnamon raison toast with a little bit of peanut butter.


For those of you that have time to get an early morning workout in, try this toning video.

All you need is a set of 5-10 lb weights and a soft surface or exercise mat.
