Choose sugar free mints over gum if you want your stomach to seem more flat. Gum causes you to swallow more air, which in turn can cause bloating. Also, mint flavors help to get rid of hunger…so I usually chew a piece of gum or have a mint after dinner to avoid overeating or eating sweets ❤
