Cardio Day!

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, but today we need to make up for all those extra calories we ate yesterday. This 45 minute cardio workout is another HIIT workout that will help to burn a lot of calories, and fast. http://www.pinterest.com/pin/252975704041908302/

Fitness Blender workouts are really great, but they don’t play background music. I suggest turning on Pandora or something to help get you motivated.

No weights are needed for this workout.
