Total Body Day!

Today’s workout is a total body workout that can be done at the gym or at home. Instead of doing 8 reps of each, I am going to do each exercise for one minute and do 3 or 4 rounds. This is just so I can do lighter weights but more reps.

Also, make sure you warm up with some light cardio (5 minutes) and do a cool down of cardio for 10 – 20 minutes.
