Day 1!

Today is day one of our abs for New Years Challenge!! Start out the morning with a cardio workout and do an abs workout this evening. This was my cardio choice this morning.

This fun zumba video was a good morning workout that got me moving. It’s also good for abs because it engages your core as long as you remember to keep your abs tight!
