Day 5

Today I am doing Jillian Michael’s “no more trouble zones” workout. Try to do some kind of full-body workout and a little extra in the places you consider your trouble spots. For example, I will do an extra ab and butt workout after I finish the video.

I am going on a mini vacation this weekend, so enjoy two days of active rest after today! Go ice skating, bowling, jogging, biking, or hiking to get in a little active recovery. Make sure you take either tomorrow or Sunday to stretch! It is great for your muscles and will help prepare them for Monday’s workout.
