Today my friend told me she wasn’t seeing results fast enough, so she is going to start doing workouts in the morning and at night – so I decided to do them with her!
Even if you only have time to workout twice a day every once in a while, your body will benefit from the extra calorie burn. It is always good to switch up your routines and trick your body to keep results coming and not plateau.
