Day 10


Today should be a hardcore/nonstop workout. Try intervals of cardio and abs and end with some stretching. (anywhere from 30 minutes – 1 hour)

It is almost the weekend!

      Thanks! I do have a question about the best way to tone thighs/glutes. I am already very muscular in my legs, but I don’t have the tone that I want. Any suggestions would be great!

        Thank you for the question!! Are you saying that you have good muscular size in your legs but you are looking for more definition ? It may be the case that you store more body fat in your lower body as is true for many women. Where we store fat we also store water, so making sure you’re drinking plenty! 3-4 liters for an active person. The more water you drink, the less water you store in your body.

        If you want more definition as opposed to more size then it may be time to switch up the style of your training. Increase the intensity, try a lower body circuit where you perform 3 lower-body exercises back to back before taking a rest. If you like I could post some examples in my next blog article.

        That would be great! And yes, I do have very muscular legs/glute, but they aren’t as toned as I would like. Any example workouts would be awesome.
