Day 12!

Got to the gym this morning! So, I know it is going to be a good day. I did a quick warm up (5 minutes on the treadmill) and the worked my back and biceps.

Back and Biceps Workout:

4 sets of 5 pull-ups (I used a bench for assistance)

3 sets of 8-10 overhead lateral pulls (I did 48lbs)

3 sets of 8-10 bent over rows (used 25lbs each side)

3 sets of 8-10 bicep curls (used 10 lbs for 12 reps)

3 sets of 8-10 hammer curls (same as bicep curls)

HIIT Workout:

This guy makes you feel so accomplished after finished. There are modifications for all levels so try it out! It’s only 30 minutes long!
