Day 13

Today was not a good day for me…I have had some bad stomach cramps since yesterday morning, so I kept my workout low impact today.

Instead of lifting heavy weight at the gym, I chose this barre video to do at home, but I added ankle weights: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OC9VbwyEG8U

I also chose to opt out of all of the ab and arm exercises and sub in other leg workouts like step ups onto the chair and donkey kicks.

Remember: Always keep your abs tight!
