I am going to challenge everyone to be on their best behavior for the next 2 1/2 days! How hard can that be, right? Don’t eat white flour, high fat, and high sugar foods (or foods with added sugar) until Christmas Eve. So, that means eggs, oatmeal, and fruit for breakfast and lots of leafy greens and lean proteins for lunch and dinner. It really is only 2 breakfasts’, 3 lunches, and 2 dinners away. I have faith that everyone can do it!
To make it easier, I have listed my food plan for the next few days.
Breakfast – banana pancakes (1 banana, 2 eggs, cinnamon)
Snack – 1 serving cashews
Lunch – 2 slices turkey, 2 hard boiled eggs, and lettuce (made into a salad)
Breakfast – egg and spinach scramble
Lunch – deli turkey rollup (2 slices turkey, 1 low fat string cheese, mustard, pickles)
Snack – whenever bar (sooo yummy!)
Dinner – Chicken with asparagus and mushrooms http://www.pinterest.com/pin/382946774539708633/
Breakfast – oatmeal, banana, raw honey (I use sugar free almond milk and put all the ingredients together in a bowl)
Lunch – deli turkey rollup
Dinner – Christmas Eve party!
