Tip of the Day!

Get a Pinterest if you don’t have one yet! I absolutely love Pinterest. Just this morning I signed into my account and found two new articles on my homepage that I probably never would have come across without it.

#1: 15 FREE Jillian Michael’s workouts. Some are full length, but others are just tutorials telling you what to do to get in a full workout. Jillian Michael’s is great for doing light weight and/or bodyweight workouts for people without access or time to go to a gym.


#2: A guide to clean eating. It turns out the person who posted this is also a wordpress.com blogger, so check out that website too!
