Today I started the Christine Salus 6 week HIIT Challenge. The workouts range from 25 minutes to 1 hour, and I like them a lot so far (I did some of her videos prior to starting the challenge). I am waiting for my new kettle bell to arrive so that I can really do the workouts full out! I hope you guys will try it with me!! Make it through this 6 weeks of HIIT cardio and I will choose a more strength training focused challenge after that 🙂
