Hey everyone! I hope you all are excited about the second day of the 6 week HIIT challenge. I might take a zumba class with one of my friends today and do the Day 2 video tomorrow. But let’s talk about food!
Cut out as much sugar, carbs, and alcohol as you possibly can! Those three things do nothing for your body. Don’t get me wrong, we all need natural sugars and some sort of carbs to function, but alcohol is a total waste of calories. Try to go as many days as you can without it and then treat yourself to a slice of pie or a captain and coke in a couple of weeks (my favorite 🙂 ).
