I hope everyone is keeping up with the Christine Salus 6 week HIIT challenge!!!! So happy to be done with week 2.. I’ve been so busy this week since I started a new job, so I apologize for not posting! For those of you that juggle work, kids, and exercise, I commend you!!!! I feel busy enough taking care of myself and my boyfriend! Anyone with good tips on how to stay fit with a busy schedule, please comment! I’m sure everyone would love to hear some helpful hints😀
– getting in a workout right when I get up or right after work, even if it’s only 20 minutes.
– pre planning my meals
-drinking lots of water
– eating a salad every day (trying to anyway)
– cutting down on sweats and sugary drinks.
– standing at my desk and walking as much as possible.
