I have recently gotten into the habit of supplementing a meal with a protein shake, and I think it is great for my body and my wallet! In the morning, I will eat something small before my workout and make a shake in a blender bottle with only water and a scoop of protein for my meal post workout. It is filling and it is super cheap in comparison to a huge meal and it keeps me full until lunchtime.
Muscle Milk (cookies and cream is my favorite right now) has been working fine for me. Any suggestions or comments about proteins to use are welcome and appreciated!!
