Classes, classes, classes.

I cannot stress enough the energy and motivation that group classes bring to the table. I have taken two new classes this week and learned a great deal about kettle bells and some great new plyo exercises. The best part about group classes is that you always want to work harder since other people are watching. Try it out sometime – you might really like it!

This Weeks Workout Schedule:

Monday – 30 minute elliptical and butts/guts

Tuesday – kettle bell fit (45 min. workout class)

Wednesday – off/stretch

Thursday – 30 minutes of cardio + kettle bell fit class

Friday – 45 min. tabata bootcamp class

Saturday – long run and stretch

Sunday – active rest day (possible swimming day)
